Headcount Form.

This form must be completed daily by 8:45 AM. Key rules to keep in mind:

• A) If your headcount changes by more than 10%, you must resubmit the form.

• B) The headcount must be submitted every day there are activities on your project, including Saturdays and Sundays.

Headcount tracking is a mandatory company policy. Project managers are responsible for ensuring compliance, either by completing it themselves or delegating the task, including weekends.
